国家公园管理研究综述及展望

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 国家公园不仅承担着自然生态环境保护的基本功能，也发挥着自然保护思想培育、科学研究、环境教育、自然游憩等多种作用，目前已成为世界上使用最广泛的保护地模式。中外文文献中对国家公园的研究工作侧重点有显著差异：外文文献中主要就国家公园的理念与界定范围、国家公园的建设与管理的经验、国家公园专项管理模式、管治机制以及监测评估机制等几个方面进行探讨；中文文献研究主要集中在国家公园概念的辨析、其他国家的国家公园建设经验的比较与借鉴、我国建设国家公园的可行性及建设构想、试点地区的案例研究等方面。文章提出未来的研究应关注发展中国家，关注不同资源类型的国家公园，同时还需注重国内实证研究。

Abstract: The author, on the basis of ample literature，considers that there was a significant difference between domestic and overseas on the research of national park: foreign scholars mainly focus on the concept and definition in the areas of experience of construction and management, the patterns of special management, governance mechanisms, Monitoring and evaluation mechanism. Domestic scholars mainly concentrate on the concept formulation of national park, the contrast and reference of other country’ building experience, and feasibility of our national park’s construction and pilot studies. This paper proposes that future research should aim at developing countries, focusing on different types of national park resources, meanwhile, it is important to attach much importance to the domestic empirical study.
