大学英语教学大纲新框架解读

摘要： 中国大学英语教学经历了30多年的发展，当前处于又一个重大转型时期。教育部2014年高考改革中关于外语考试的改革设想释放出外语教学转型需求的信号。2013年上海市大学外语教学指导委员会率先推行ESP作为新时期大学英语教学改革的方向，并制订了《上海市大学英语教学参考框架（试行）》。本论文从历时角度就几个重大的大学英语教学大纲做一个对比解读，以证明ESP作为大学英语教学改革趋势的必然性和可行性。

Abstract: The teaching of college English in China is facing a new turn on its way of reform during the past 30 years．In 2014，the Ministry of Education of the P. R. C. issued the reform draft for English examination in the College Entrance Examination，which indicates that the College English Teaching should find a way out． Shanghai Advisory Committee on College English Teaching established a Framework for ELF Teaching in 2013, proposing that the College English Teaching trend in China is inevitably led to ESP（English for Special Purpose）．This article tries to interpret the New Framework based on the comparison of the four major syllabuses since 1986，concluding that ESP is the inevitable trend in China．
