摘要: 经过30 余年的发展,情绪劳动研究取得了丰硕的成果。本文通过对国内外情绪劳动文献的梳理,归纳并分析了情绪劳动的概念、维度及其调节策略,同时对个体变量、组织变量与情境变量这三大类情绪劳动的前因变量研究进行了概括性的总结和分析。
