山东省入境旅游规模差异时空变化研究

Spatio-temporal Variation in Disparity of Inbound Tourism Scale in Shandong Province

摘要： 本文基于历时性——共时性分析视角，选用标准差、变异系数、区位熵指数、基尼系数以及市场竞争态等多种分析方法，从全省整体、四大板块和17个地市等3个层面对2000~2011年山东省入境旅游规模差异进行了分析。研究发现：（1）山东省入境旅游规模绝对差异逐年拉大，相对差异则在波动中趋于缩小，全省入境旅游规模呈非均衡分布，但整体发展趋势向好；（2）根据板块入境旅游发展水平及其内部各市规模差异，可将四大板块划分为：高位失衡、中位失衡、低位均衡和低位失衡等4种类型，这种规模差异可以从地市层面得到进一步解析与佐证。最后对四大板块入境旅游发展提出了相应对策建议。

Abstract: From diachronic-synchronic analytical perspective, we use four criteria, namely, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, location quotient, Gini coefficient and market competition state, to analyze the disparity of inbound tourism scale in Shandong Province from 2000 to 2011 at three levels: the whole province, four regions and seventeen cities. We conclude that, firstly, while the absolute disparity of inbound tourism scale gradually increases, the relative disparity tends to decrease at the whole province level. The inbound tourism development in unbalanced state is showing a positive trend. Secondly, the four regions could be classified into four types: high level unbalanced, medium level unbalanced, low level balanced and low level unbalanced, according to inbound tourism scales of these regions and disparities among cities inside. And such scale disparities stated above could be verified at city level. Finally, we put forward some suggestions to promote inbound tourism development of these four regions.
