乡村旅游目的地游客安全感研究——来自江西婺源县的经验证据

A Study on Tourists’ Senses of Security in Village-Type Destination: Empirical Evidence from Wuyuan County in Jiangxi Province

摘要： 本文以江西婺源为研究对象，分析了乡村旅游目的地游客安全感影响因子与安全期望、安全感知之间的相互关系。通过因子分析，提取出游客安全期望与安全感知的5个影响公因子：治安状况、旅游环境、服务内容、地域文化、安全信息。采用多元回归分析验证了游客安全感的5个公因子与安全期望的相关关系，其中安全信息、旅游环境、治安状况、服务内容、地域文化5个公因子与游客安全期望成正向影响，在游客安全感知的5个维度中，均达到显著性水平。探讨了游客社会人口统计学特征的年龄、文化程度、家庭人均月收入与游客安全感存在显著差异。

Abstract: This paper choosing tourism scenic areas of Wuyuan as a case study to explore the relationship between security expectation and security perceptions, which affect tourists’ senses of security in the tourism destination. Firstly, five factors are extracted through factor analysis, so the tourist security evaluation model of tourism destination in Wuyuan is established and the comprehensive indexes that influence the senses of tourist security of tourism destination are obtained. Secondly, the paper discusses the correlations between the tourists’ evaluation of tourism destination and their security expectation and security perceptions. Multi-regression analysis tests show that there is significantly relationship between the five factors and security expectation. Multi-regression analysis tests show that the five factors and security perceptions relationship are significant different. Thirdly, under variables of demographic characteristics, tourists’ security evaluation factors show significant differences in gender, educational background and per capita household income.
