摘要/Abstract

摘要： 中国邮轮母港服务接待标准的研究对邮轮旅游公共服务质量提升和优化管理具有重要理论与实践价值。本文在分析国内外文献基础上，对邮轮母港的服务功能和接待流程进行梳理，然后以中国接待量最大的国际邮轮港——上海吴淞口国际邮轮港为例，通过问卷与访谈调研，提出邮轮母港服务接待标准的制定原则与体系构建，勾画三维4类服务接待标准体系图。最后从国家和地方两个层面，对邮轮母港标准化建设提出建议及对策。

Abstract: The public service quality improvement of Chinese cruise home port service standard carries vital theoretical and practical value. Firstly, based on the domestic and foreign literature reviewed, this paper analyzedthe service function and reception processes of cruise home port. Then, taking China’s largest international cruise port -Shanghai Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal as an example, it proposed the principles and system construction of cruise homeport service standards based on questionnaires and interviews, outlining the three dimensional four categorical service reception standard system diagram and designing Shanghai Wusongkou international cruise terminal service standards content. Finally, some suggestions and countermeasures for Chinese cruise home port standardization construction from the national and local level are presented.
