Li Guang
Journal of Beijing International Studies Universit, 2015, 37(11): 1-.
Abstract( )   [HTML]()   PDF(499KB)( )
In the process of handling travel disputes caused by public transport, it is critical to distinguish between tort liability and contract liability first. The meaning and scope of public transport operators need to be redefined scientifically, because the regulations of tort liability caused by public transport operators are too vague in the Tourism Law which could confuse liability of breach of contract with tort. The criterion of contract involves conflict with the relevant provisions of the Tourism Law and the Contract Law. With noticeable interpretation differences, the Laws or administrative regulations should be revised, to give clear anticipations for the participants.

Finally, this paper provides some management advice for product design and marketing strategy against different types of tourists.

The result turns out that travel motivation and satisfaction degree of city parks’ physical environment have a great influence on parent-child. The parent-child tourists’ travel motivation and reachability degree have a direct effect on satisfaction degree of city parks’ physical environment, social environment and management environment with an indirect effect on their loyalty to city parks. In addition, parent-child tourist loyalty to city parks changes with discrepancy in residence, level of parents’ education and children’s age.
