An Empirical Study on the Impact of Urban Air Quality on Tourist Activities:From the Perspective of Macro and Micro

With the recent urban air quality deterioration, the quantity of domestic and international tourists is dropping. The impact on urban tourism caused by environmental quality becomes prominent. Based on macroscopic and microscopic, this study discusses the impact of urban air quality on tourist activities. From macroscopic perspective and relevant data, research reveals the link between the Urban Environmental Air Quality Comprehensive Index (AQI), and the quantity of urban tourism and income in Spring Festival “Golden Week”. From microscopic perspective, psychological experimentation was conducted on 40 college students to explore the impact of the degree of the tourist' s awareness of air.
A Study on the Impact of Overnight Tourism on Quality of Life

Using themethod of One-Way Analysis of Variance, this paper studies the impact of tourism on quality of life by the pretest post test experiment design.The result shows:the subjects who took tourism activities have higher level of overall life satisfaction than before their travel. The overall life satisfactions of subjects who did not take travel do not have significant difference than before their travel. This shows that tourism improves the participants’ life satisfaction, and quality of life of tourists is improved significantly. At the same time, this effect is also reflected in the specific areas of life satisfaction, tourism activities promote the quality of life of participants. Finally,some suggestions are put forward.

The coupling coordination and interactive development of coastal tourism and regional economic system not only show the extent of the coupling action between two sub-systems but also depends on the coupling efficiency of these two systems. Using the coupling coordination degree model, the paper discusses the condition of the coupling coordination development between the coastal tourism and regional economy system in Shandong peninsula blue economic zone, and evaluates the coupling efficiency.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. From the point of coupling efficiency, analysis on Qingdao, Rizhao, Dongying, Binzhou and Weihai is conducted.
Research On the Effects of Working Condition on Employees’ Cognition on Career Prospect: An Example of Hospitality Industry

The staff turnover of the hotel is affected by the career prospect of the staff. Those who well understand the career prospect of the hotel service tend to build up self-confidence in this cycle and engage in the career plan, which in turn reduces the turnover. This study is aimed at exploring the effects of the hotel’s working conditions on the career prospect, analyzes the effects of working conditions and provides solutions to hotels for further improvement. Further analysis showed that except for working hours, the other three factors have a remarkable impact on the career prospect. Promotion prospect plays a major role, followed by working hours and remuneration. As a result, the hotel management should work on improving working conditions.

Research on Spatial and Temporal Distribution of Korean Tourists in China from 2003 to 2012

South Korea is the largest country for Chinese inbound tourists. Based on the quatity of South Korean tourists,the annual concentration, the visiting rate of tourists,the index of geographic concentration and the coefficient of variation, the paper analyzes the variation in the spatial and temporal distribution of South Korean tourists from 2003 to 2012 ,with conclusions: (1) northeast China and east China region held the highest visiting rate and the visiting rate of northeast increased annually. (2) The growth rate of South Korean tourists in main provinces and cities changes in inequality. (3) The visiting radiated westward with Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang as multinuclear in east China. The number of visitors is growing rapidly in the provinces under radiation.
Tourist Perception of Tourism Destination Image Analysis Based on Digital Footprints:A Case Study of World Natural Heritage Tianshan Mountain

Tourism Destination Image has a great significance in tourism development of Xinjiang Tianshan Mountain. By now there have been fewer empirical researches on Tianshan tourism image perception. Essays about Xinjiang Tianshan World Natural Heritage in cyberspace, using the software of ROST Content Mining, as well as grounded theory could be found, respectively analyzing cognition and emotional image of Xinjiang Tianshan Mountain. The conclusion is that images of tourists towards Tianshan are cognitive and emotional dimensions are consistent with the distribution of image perception. From cognition and emotion in perception of tourism image, visitors show a strong perception to “ambience”and“tourist attraction”, while weak perception to“tourist facilities”and“Service Management”. At the same time, “social environment”, which shows a negative impact, makes visitors feel negative, seriously affecting tourists’satisfaction and revisit intention towards Tianshan.
Spatial Utilization Characteristics of Open Green Space Users in Xuzhou City

In order to further understand the status of national leisure, the paper focuses on the spatial utilization characteristics of Xuzhou citizens in open green space based on the questionnaire data. There is a detailed analysis on citizens’ travel time and distance. The spatial behavior of open green space users is examined in combination with spatial distance distribution in different transportation modes. Meanwhile, citizens’ preferences and their influence is also discussed. Conclusions are: Leisure travel for more than 30 min and 5 km is a turning point for outdoor leisure space. The number of visitors fluctuates when the spatial distance is less than 5 km. Spatial belts can be divided obviously with different travel modes. Visitors prefer Waterfront Park and Amusement Park compared with other types of open green space. The research findings aim to provide suggestions for the planning and construction of green open space.
The Measurement of Tourism Empowerment of Community Residents in Cultural Heritage Site

Based on the typical community tourism empowerment framework, and combining with the appeal characteristic of tourism empowerment of community residents in cultural heritage site on the perspective of individual perception, this paper develops a tourism empowerment measurement scale of community residents in cultural heritage site. The study proves that the scale has higher reliability and validity by the use of the investigation of the surrounding community residents in Terracotta Scenic Spot. The result reveals that the surrounding community residents in Terracotta Scenic Spot have different perception of different-dimension tourism empowerment, and at the present time they pay more attention to the economic empowerment in tourism but lack political empowerment in tourism.

Based onsemantics and Gestalt psychology theory, thepaper analyzes the history, structure characteristics, constitute elements, generative process and hierarchy, cognitive dimensions and changes, and the subjectiveideologically diachronic constructioncharacteristic of rural tourism.It concluded that, rural image is a homely calling structure with very humane and warmth feeling, and there are five aspects in cognitive dimensions. Tao Yuanming and Wang Wei provided two different rural dwelling modes including pastoral and landscape patternwhichaffects the image today's mass rural tourism. Rural tourism image is typicalfor tourism constructedby the related rural tourism mass and media. The conversion of tourism ruralareafrom the root space of the origin and production of life to the consumption space of sightseeing holidayis justprompted by the construction.The diachronic constructionof ruraltourism imageshowed theforcefultendentiousness of subject awareness, and it can be explained as three-stageof diachronic forms includingthe poetic construction, politicalconstruction and multimedia tourism construction.

This study gives a brief research on the governance mechanisms between tourism enterprise and ME enterprise strategic alliance. There are three mechanisms: management mechanism, value creation mechanism and maintaining mechanism which include four aspects, namely, knowledge sharing and protecting, sensitivity of the difference between enterprise culture and learning ability cultivating. The value creation mechanism includes four aspects: economic specialization division and cooperation, utilization of enterprise resources synthetically and learning together and innovation. The maintaining mechanism includes three aspects: profit coordination, communication trust and bidding mechanism.
A Study on Urban Residents’ Leisure Activity Characteristics and the Influencing Factors——Taking Hangzhou as An Example

The leisure activities of urban residents in Hangzhou have distinct characteristics. The research results show that urban residents prefer casual leisure activities such as watching TV and reading newspaper. Correlation analysis shows that gender, age, income, educational level, occupation, marital status and other factors have a significant effect on the choices of leisure activities. This article summarizes several characteristics of the leisure activities and analyzesits causes. Overall, the main internal factors confining urban residents’ leisure activities are economic conditions and personal preferences, and the external factors mainly include inadequate recreational facilities and lacking of anappropriate companion.
