Micro-observation of Tourism Employment Impacts On Zhouzhuang, Nanxun and Wuzhen

Tourism employment, with characteristics of low threshold, high capacity and demand, has important strategic value to the transition of Chinese social and economic development. Using questionnaire and semi-structured interview in Zhouzhuang, Nanxun, Wuzhen, and on the basis of literature review, the paperpointsout four hypotheses for the tourism development. According to data, three ancient town tourism practitioners attach their importance to education; there is no “crowding out effect” for tourism employment to education; although tourism is often regarded as the “low pay, high strength”, the tourism employment intensity and duration did not produce significant effect on family relationship; although tourism is seen as low technology content but high labor density industry, the tourism employment significantly enhanced people’s desire for knowledge; foreign tourism employment promotes local diligence and economic development, but the local tourism practitioners view foreign tourism employment to have increased their employment pressure.

Based on the relevant theories and empirical studies on the business ethics and consumers’ behaviors, this paper looks into the relationship between tourism business ethical behaviors and visitors’ post-purchase reactions.The theoretical and managerial conclusions are: business ethical behaviors towards all its stakeholders have a positive influence on visitors’ satisfactory degree, and those towards its employees, customers and the society have a positive influence on visitors’ loyalty, and only those towards customers have a negative influence on visitors’ informal complaints. In addition, visitors’ satisfactory degree, loyalty and informal complaints can influence one another. The author wishes to provide useful guidance for tourism management and all the other service companies to attract consumers.
Research on Ecological Features and Ecological Effects of Urban Cultural Tourism Brand

Based on the perspective of ecology, the ecological characteristics and ecological effects of urban tourism brand are analyzed. The study found that, Urban culture tourism brand is a living organisms, the micro ecological characteristics arerepresented by the heredity and variability, heterogeneity and correlation, periodicity and environmental adaptability. Its macroscopic ecological characteristics are representation for integrity, symbiosis and comprehensiveness. Urban culture tourism brand has micro ecological effects on cultural tourism product brand and enterprise brand. Theeffects are also found on culture tourism industry cluster and the development of cultural tourism industry, with macro ecological effects on regional economic development.

The author, on the basis of ample literature,considers that there was a significant difference between domestic and overseas on the research of national park: foreign scholars mainly focus on the concept and definition in the areas of experience of construction and management, the patterns of special management, governance mechanisms, Monitoring and evaluation mechanism. Domestic scholars mainly concentrate on the concept formulation of national park, the contrast and reference of other country’ building experience, and feasibility of our national park’s construction and pilot studies. This paper proposes that future research should aim at developing countries, focusing on different types of national park resources, meanwhile, it is important to attach much importance to the domestic empirical study.

Low-carbon coastal tourism development is necessary for marine economic development and low-carbon tourism development. The article studies the coastal tourism development status and carbon emissions scale in China. At the same time, based on the analysis of lowcarbon tourism system, the article established the basic framework of public policy system of low-carbon coastal tourism development, with suggestions of carrying out the existing policy, promoting low-carbon tourism development, settingup the low-carbon coastal tourism development policy, and exploring and developing the low-carbon coastal tourism development mode.
Relationship among Non-material Incentives on New Generation Employees’ Organizational Identification and Loyalty in Hotel

The new generation employees who were born after 1990s have become the main force in hotel industry, but their distinctive personal characteristics are posing a severe challenge to the traditional hotel management. Most of them lack of recognition of the hotel, so frequent job-hopping phenomenon is so common. Incentives are important initiatives to attract and retain the hotel staff, but simple material incentives has significantly lagged behind diverse needs of the new generation employees. Therefore, this paper tentatively focuses on the relationship among non-material incentives, organizational and employees’ loyalty of the new generation employees in hotel. After empirical analyze, non-material incentives can significantly improve employee’s organizational identification and employees’ loyalty, employees’ organizational identification has a significant impact on employees’ loyalty, but there is no significant relationship between the attitude loyalty and behavior loyalty ,which points out a new way for hotel management in the new era .
Comparative Analysis of Carbon Footprint Between Hotels in Mountain Resorts and City

The hotel industry is the core industry of tourism, which is also the greatest energy and greenhouse reduction area in tourism. The difference ofthe hotel type makes difference of the way of energy consumption and efficiency. This paper compares the hotels in mountain resorts and cities. By using the regular method of carbon footprint analysis, the paper compares the two kinds of hotel’s carbon footprint and found that both of them have obvious seasonal characteristic, but their influencing factors are different. Energy utilization, the plot ratio and the carbon footprint of the unit size are different. The carbon footprint per person has a negative correlation with the temperature, also with the room renting percentage. In addition,the operation of the hotel leads to the ecological influence and ecological responsibility’s inter-regional transference in space.

Using network text analysis and software of ROST Content Mining, the paper explores thetourists’ cultural awareness of theThree Alleys and Seven Lanes. The results of the study are as follows: visitors’ awareness of theThree Alleys and Seven Lanes is generally positive, material cultural awareness is stronger than intangible culture, and awareness of diet culture is the strongest in the material cultural awareness. The perception of the craft is mainly showed in non-material cultural awareness, while tourists’cultural perception is different.
Study on Online Attention Characteristics of Scenic Spots Based on Baidu Index: Take West Lake As an Example

Using the Baidu index trend and through a study on the China National Day from 2011 to 2014, the paper describes tourists’ attention to the scenic of West Lake. The results show that: from 2011 to 2014 the overall trend from PC and mobile is similar; PC and mobile trend during the National Day holiday shows similar trend,but the mobile trend increases or decreases faster than PC trend. On Holiday eve, PC indicates a peak curve,while mobile trends generally show a peak during the holiday season. The main tourist market is around eastern coastal areas and the customer market is stable.

With insufficient focus on the talents development concept and objectives, problems exist in the teaching and evaluating methods. Qualities of the instructors and the construction of the training rooms coupled with weak English abilities of the students. The paper explores the educational concept of combining working and learning, and proposes the talents development strategies which are suitable to the industrial standards through cooperating with the cruise company.
