Research on Cultural Theme Blocks Operation Model Based on Nanjing 1912

基于南京1912的文化主题街区运营模式研究

Abstract: As economy grows rapidly and growth mode converts, the culture industry is brought into the national twelfth five-year development plan and cultural theme blocks are emerging unceasingly. However, problems such as reckless imitation, wrong positioning, fuzzy operation pattern, limited market expanding, pop up when cultural leisure blocks are built. A long-term survey on “Nanjing 1912”concludes that the successful development of cultural theme blocks should follow the Diamond Model which combines four factors of strategic positioning、space innovation、commercial cluster and profit pattern. Specifically, reasonable positioning is the strategy security of cultural theme block operation; space innovation improves operation efficiency; commercial cluster helps to exert the constellation effect; profit pattern helps to make a profit successfully. Effective operation of cultural theme blocks is the combined action of four factors which are connected with each other to form a mutually enhanced system. The operation Diamond Model of cultural theme blocks can provide a new view for research of this field.

摘要: 随着我国经济迅速增长和经济增长方式的转型,以及文化产业纳入国家“十二五”发展规划,文化主题街区不断涌现。然而,各地在建设运用文化主题街区过程中,出现定位不清晰、盲目模仿、运作模式模糊、拓展受限等许多问题。在对南京1912的长期考察中,本文发现:主题街区的成功发展必须遵循战略定位、空间创新、商业集群以及盈利模式等4位一体的钻石法则。其中合理定位是文化主题街区运营的战略保障,空间创新提升了文化主题街区运营效率,商业集群有助于发挥商业运作集聚效应,盈利模式有助于街区利润的实现。文化主题街区的有效运营发展是4种因素综合作用的结果,要素之间是两两联系的,构成了一个相互促进增强的系统。文化主题街区运营钻石模型有可能为该领域的研究提供新的视角和新的见解。
