自尊及学习动机对日语专业学生学习焦虑的影响

Abstract: This paper aims to study the influence of self-esteem and motivation on the learning anxiety of Japanese majors. The research results show that greater interest in Japanese culture can suppress learning anxiety when students have lower self-esteem. The lower self-esteem is prone to learning anxiety when students have higher motivation in test, communication or entertainment. Learning anxiety can be relieved by adjusting students’ self-esteem and learning motivation.

摘要: 本论文通过量化手段研究了自尊和学习动机对日语专业学生学习焦虑的影响,结果显示:当自尊较低时,较高的日语文化兴趣可以抑制学习焦虑的产生;当考试、交流和娱乐动机较高时,低自尊更容易产生学习焦虑。通过调控自尊及学习动机,可以缓解学生的学习焦虑。
