Abstract:

As stated in the report of the 19^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, human beings and nature constitute the community of life, and human beings should respect, adapt to, and protect nature. The community of life refers to the harmonious co-existence of humans, other life forms, and the environment. As part of the community of life, human beings play a significant role in protecting the eco-system and in sustaining life. The ecological news report in People’s Daily that has the creation of ecological civilization as its central concern focuses on the human-nature relationship, and thus constructs the community of life discursively. The present research is an attempt to propose an analytical framework for the analysis of the community of life from the perspective of ecological civilization. The study used the concordance of high-frequency words and an analysis of thematic networks to investigate the discursive construction of the community of life in the ecological news report in People’s Daily with reference to the discursive construction of ecological relationships and ecological care in building an ecological civilization.

党的十九大报告指出，“人与自然是生命共同体，人类必须尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然”。生命共同体是人类与其他生命形式及环境构成的和谐共生关系。作为生命共同体的一个组成部分，人类在生态系统的保持和生命的可持续发展中发挥重要的作用。《人民日报》生态报道以生态文明建设为中心，聚焦人与自然的关系，构建生命共同体。本文拟在生态文明视域下提出生命共同体的话语分析模型，通过高频词检索和主题网络分析，从生态关系的话语建构和指向生命共同体构建的生态关怀两个方面阐释在《人民日报》生态报道中生命共同体的话语建构。
