Abstract:

This paper attempts to make a comparison between English versions of Chinese poems of political allegory from the Sevenspace Model based on Conceptual Blending Theory．It tries to find out whether the Seven-space Model can be applied to the translation study of Chinese poems of political allegory and other classical poems, along with the exploration of its implications to the translation practice．
