This paper explores the spatial-temporal evolution of the tourism economy between 2003 and 2010 at county-level in Zhejiang based on the traditional statistical research and space data analysis. The results show that, while the overall level of tourism economic developmentis improved in Zhejiang, the absolute disparities of tourism economic development are increasing and relative disparities are decreasing gradually; spatial structure of tourism economy transfers from the type of dual-nuclei to the type of point-axis. Tourism economy transfers from low level development zone to middle and high level development zone; Matthew effect is found in county tourism economy; spatial distribution of county tourism economy changes from the random distribution to the spatial concentration with “high-high area”and“low-low area”in Zhejiang; the former continues to expand and the latter is shrinking.Based on the analysis above, the causes of disparities are identified and solutions to narrow the disparities among regions are suggested to make tourism economy develop in coordination.

Transportation is the foundation of regional economic and social development. There is a big difference among geographical environment, economic development and traffic development. Different traffic has different contribution during the development of domestic tourism.Based on the cross-section data in 2011 and panel data from year 2000 to year 2011, and regarding China's three economic belts and eight economic zones as the research object, the paper analyzes the regional differences of land transportation contribution rates in domestic tourism. It shows that the economic development level has been the leading factor of influencing regional domestic tourism and land transportation development. The railway passenger has a higher contribution rate than highway’s in land transportation. However, there is an obvious difference among the three economic belts. The contribution rate of railway passenger and highway passenger is rather different with regional difference. The research illustrates a scientific basis for the importance of different land transportation in the development of domestic tourism and the connection between domestic tourism and land transportation.

Employees play a major role in internal branding ,however, prior literature on the idea of employees as brand builders is rather vague in terminology. Views of employees as “brand ambassadors” or “brand maniacs,” “brand champions,” and “brand evangelists”, do not provide a concrete concept. With the development of the theory and practice, marketing researchers proposed the concepts of brand citizenship behavior and employees brand building behavior. In this paper, the definitions, dimensions and antecedents of these two brand-related behaviors are reviewed. Finally, the future research directions are explored.

Although the research on tourism authenticity is growing, most of which just remains in a fuzzy discussion in principle. There is no clear and detailed instruction about what the tourism authenticity is, the difference to heritage authenticity, the specific definition of each genre and the relationship between the genres. In order to study the tourism authenticity of the real landscape, this paper firstly presents the premise of the tourism authenticity——the concept of tourism original basis. Secondly, it describes the boundaries between the authenticities of the objectivism, constructivism and postmodernism, and then analyzes their respective scope of the establishment. Through the research results on the tourism authenticity, it carefully studies the “Impression of Sanjie Liu”, so as to illustrate this discrimination by using cases. Finally, it concludes that “Impression of Sanjie Liu” belongs to the constructivism tourism authenticity.
