Abstract:

In 2022, Regional and Country Studies was officially established as an independent first-level discipline in China, making the design of talent cultivation programs an urgent task for relevant universities. Taking Korea University in the Republic of Korea as a case study, this paper examines its relatively mature talent cultivation system for Regional and Country Studies from multiple dimensions, including major setup, degree levels, curriculum design, course resources, faculty development, training models, and university-enterprise cooperation. On this basis, the paper proposes an optimized model for talent cultivation in China’s Regional and Country Studies. First, construct an integrated tiered curriculum system spanning bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral stages; second, build a diversified teaching team, exploit cross-university curriculum resources and conduct categorized talent training; third, take project-based talent training as the core carrier to build an industry-education integrated practical training system; fourth, set up overseas internship and practical training bases to boost the collaborative development of industry, academia, research and application. These measures are intended to provide a scientific theoretical reference and practical enlightenment for talent cultivation of Regional and Country Studies in China.

摘要：

2022年“区域国别学”正式成为独立的一级学科，其人才培养方案的制定成为相关高校亟待完成的重要任务。本文以韩国高丽大学为研究对象，从专业设置、学历学位、课程设置、课程资源、师资队伍、培养模式和校企合作等维度，深入剖析其成熟的区域国别学人才培养体系。在此基础上，本文提出我国区域国别学人才培养的优化模式：一是构建本硕博一体化的阶梯式课程体系；二是打造多元化师资队伍，开拓跨校课程资源，实施人才分类培养；三是以项目式人才培养为抓手，构建产教融合的实践育人体系；四是打造海外实习实践基地，推动产学研用协同发展。这些举措旨在为我国区域国别学人才培养提供科学的理论参考与实践借鉴，助力学科建设与发展。
