Abstract: This thesis，based on the theory of “functional equivalence” of Eugene A．Nida and the theory of German “Skopos theory”，analyses and explores the characteristics of Chinese translation of Japanese onomatopoeia．The author sets out to generalize four translation strategies and methods from the perspective of “liberal translation，namely explanation，idiomatic expression，omission and transliteration．Those types of Chinese translation of Japanese onomatopoeia will provide guidance to Japanese translation teaching and Japanese learners．

摘要： 本文以尤金·奈达的“功能对等”理论和德国的功能派“目的论”为理论依据，对日语拟声拟态词汉语译文的表达特征进行了分析探讨。笔者特别从“意译”的角度归纳出4种翻译策略和方法，分别是：解释说明性的“释译”、借助汉语成语或四字熟语的“借译”、忽略不计的“零译”、借助汉语拼音标注日语象声词的“拼译”。这些汉译形式将为日语学习者及翻译教学提供参考。
