Abstract:

The 20^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to “promote the high-quality development of the joint construction of the ‘Belt and Road’”. In this context, the number of international information and communications technology (ICT) projects participated in by Chinese enterprises and institutions is increasing, which puts forward higher requirements for ICT translation talents. At present, there are many problems in the cultivation of ICT translation talents in universities in terms of training objectives, curriculum and teaching system, students’ translation practice, and multi-subject collaborative training. To address these issues, this study strives to construct a “six-in-one” collaborative training model for ICT translation talents by exploring the six-party linkage mechanism involving universities, colleges, teachers, enterprises, institutions and students. Based on this model, this study proposes reform countermeasures including jointly formulating talent training programs, optimizing curriculum resources and content, improving students’ translation competencies, and strengthening teachers’ practical capabilities. It aims to cultivate high-quality ICT translation talents who are capable of meeting the needs of the high-quality development of the joint construction of the “Belt and Road”.

摘要：

党的二十大提出“推动共建‘一带一路’高质量发展”。在这一背景下，我国企事业单位参与的国际信息通信技术（ICT）项目日益增多，这对ICT翻译人才提出了更高要求。当前，高校ICT翻译人才培养在培养目标、课程教学体系、学生翻译实践训练、多元主体协同培养等方面存在较多问题。本研究通过探索高校、学院、教师、企业、机构和学生的六方联动机制，尝试构建ICT翻译人才“六位一体”协同培养模式，提出协同制定人才培养方案、优化课程资源和内容、提升学生翻译技能、强化师资实践能力等改革对策，着力培养契合“一带一路”高质量发展需求的高素质ICT翻译人才。
