高星级饭店员工情绪智力对情绪劳动策略的影响研究

摘要： 本研究以高星级饭店员工为调查对象，研究了其情绪智力对情绪劳动策略的影响。在信度分析、效度分析、相关分析和回归分析的基础上，得出了如下研究结果：（1）情绪智力总分以及识别他人的情绪维度对情绪劳动策略的表层行为具有负向影响；（2）情绪智力总分以及各个维度对情绪劳动策略的深层行为具有正向影响；（3）情绪智力总分以及识别自己的情绪、情绪调节、自我激励等3个维度对情绪劳动策略的自然调节具有正向影响。

Abstract: This study investigated the influence of emotional intelligence on the emotional labor strategies with high-star staff as survey respondents. Based on the reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, the conclusion are:（1）the total score of emotional intelligence and identifying the emotions of other people have a negative impact on the superficial behavior of emotional labor strategy;（2）the total score of emotional intelligence and the various dimensions of emotional intelligence have a positive influence on the deep emotional labor strategy;（3）the total score of emotional intelligence, identifying the self-emotion , emotion regulation and self-motivation, have a positive influence on the natural adjustment of emotional labor strategy.
