中国特色法治话语外译中的立格与传意——以《习近平谈治国理政》为例

摘要：

中国特色法治话语系统性、学理化地表达了中国法律智慧、法治思想和价值观念，其外译传播在塑造国家法治形象、构建对外法治话语体系、争取法治话语权中发挥着重要作用。据此，本文以《习近平谈治国理政》（第一至四卷）中的法治话语为研究对象，探究中国特色法治话语的内涵，重点考察立格与传意翻译策略在法治话语外译中的运用情况，以期为精准传播中国法治思想、增强中国法治话语国际传播效果提供启示借鉴和有效路径。

Abstract:

The systematic and theoretical expressions of discourse on the rule of law with Chinese characteristics embody China’s legal wisdom, rule-of-law thoughts, and values. The translation and dissemination of these expressions play a significant role in shaping the Chinese image of the rule of law, constructing a holistic discourse system, and extending the impact of the rule-of-law discourse. In light of this, the connotations and features of the rule-of-law discourse with Chinese characteristics, based on the chapters related to the rule of law in the four volumes of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, are explored in this paper with a particular focus on examining the application of the strategies of standardization and communication in the translation of rule-of-law discourse. The aim is to provide inspiration and effective approaches for promoting Chinese rule-of-law thoughts accurately and increasing the impact of the international dissemination of Chinese rule-of-law discourse.
